1. Using Riyo Realty
You agree to provide accurate information, respect other users, and only list properties you have the right to advertise. Misrepresentation, spam and harassment are grounds for removal.
2. Listings & content
You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant Riyo Realty a worldwide licence to display, distribute and promote it within the marketplace and across our marketing channels.
3. Fees
Listing is free for standard inventory. Premium and featured placements are clearly priced before purchase. We do not take a cut of any transaction between buyer and seller.
4. Liability
Riyo Realty connects buyers, renters and posters but is not a party to the underlying transaction. You're responsible for inspecting properties and verifying ownership before sending money.
5. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced at least 30 days before they take effect. See our Privacy Policy and contact us with questions.
