When you use Riyo Realty we collect the information you provide directly — name, email, phone number, listing details and the messages you send through the platform — and limited technical data such as device type, browser and approximate location to keep the service secure.
2. How we use it
We use your data to match you with relevant listings, surface verified agents, send transactional emails, and improve the marketplace. We never sell personal information.
3. Sharing
Listing details you publish are visible across the marketplace. When you contact an agent, your name and message are shared with them. Otherwise we share data only with infrastructure providers under strict contracts.
4. Your rights
You can access, export or delete your data at any time from your account settings, or by emailing privacy@riyorealty.com. We respond within 30 days.
